We're looking for a passionate Developer with a very special set of skills to join our Hong Kong R&D team.

What You'll Be Doing:

This isn't a boring maintenance role. You will be our "go-to" expert, handling two key areas:

• Building complex, lightning-fast Next.js / Tailwind CSS responsive (RWD) websites.
• Developing and handling our custom WordPress sites, built the right way (no page builders).
• Working directly with our PM team and Creative team to bring amazing designs to life.

Who We're Looking For (Our "Must-Haves"):

We're looking for a "unicorn," and these skills are non-negotiable.

• You have at least 2 years of solid, relevant experience as a web developer.

1. Modern WordPress Expert:
• You have deep, hands-on experience with WordPress & PHP.
• You are a master of Custom Theme Development (Child Themes, Template Hierarchy).
• You build with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and create your own Custom Post Types (CPTs) / Taxonomies.
• You work with the Gutenberg (Block Editor), not page builders like Elementor/Divi.
• You understand Plugin Development & Hooks (actions/filters).
• You are familiar with the WordPress REST API.
2. Modern Frontend Developer:
• You have solid experience with Next.js/React.
• You have a rock-solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
3. Professional Soft Skills:
• You have a strong sense of OWNERSHIP. You don't wait for people to chase you. You proactively communicate progress, manage deadlines, and raise problems early.
• You have obsessive attention to detail. You test your own code before you call it 'done'.
• You're 'coach-able' and genuinely curious. You listen to feedback and learn from it.
• You embrace AI-assisted coding (we provide Cursor and Gemini).

Bonus Points (Any of these are a huge plus!):

• You're comfortable with Tailwind CSS.
• You've used WP-CLI for managing WordPress.
• You have experience with mobile app development using React Native.
• You've used other PHP frameworks like Yii2 (and understand MVC).
• You've touched PayloadCMS or Strapi.
• You know your way around Git and maybe a Linux server.
