What You'll Be Doing (The Training Ground):

You won't be thrown to the wolves on day one. Under the direct mentorship of our Project Lead, you will learn the ropes of both Business Development and Project Management:

• Project Support: Assist in the end-to-end delivery of web projects. You'll help coordinate with our internal UI/UX designers and developers to keep things running smoothly.
• Proposal & Research: Support the BD side by researching university tech needs, preparing pitch decks, and drafting proposals (with the heavy lifting done by Gemini).
• Learning "The Translation": You will learn how to translate normal client requests into Technical Specifications for our Dev team (WordPress, Headless CMS like Strapi/PayloadCMS).
• Quality Assurance (QA): Be the final set of eyes before a project goes live. You'll ensure builds look pixel-perfect and function flawlessly.
• AI-First Workflow: You will master AI tools to 5x your productivity—from analyzing complex project requirements to summarizing messy email threads.

Who We're Looking For (Our "Must-Haves"):

We are looking for potential, organization skills, and a great attitude.

• Experience: 0–2 years in digital marketing, agency life, or project coordination. Fresh Graduates are highly welcome!
• The "University" Factor: A degree from a local HK university. You know the culture, the hierarchy, and the vibe of Hong Kong's higher education system.
• Tech-Curious: You don't need to know how to code, but you must not be afraid of technology. You should be eager to learn how a modern website works under the hood (WordPress, HTML/CSS, Web Accessibility).
• AI-Ready: You are excited to use AI (Gemini) as your ultimate assistant.
• Communication: Exceptional skills in Chinese and English. Native-level Cantonese is an absolute must for talking to our university clients.
• Attention to Detail: You are organized, responsible, and hate letting things slip through the cracks.
