We are hiring - UI/UX and Frontend Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives;
• Design and create wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes;
• Develop user interface components, ensuring visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive experiences across different devices and browsers;
• Explore and utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline frontend design and development processes, improving efficiency and enhancing the overall user experience;
• Optimize website/app performance and loading speed to deliver seamless and fast experiences for end-users;
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and bugs;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend, design, and AI trends, technologies, and best practices;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with backend systems, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
• Participate in the planning and execution of projects, contributing your expertise and ideas to shape their success.

What We Look For In You

• Willing to learn domain knowledge related to the company business and adapt for workplace of IT industry;
• Pro-active and passionate in IT service industry, willing to develop a long-term career in the IT industry and willing to learn new technologies;

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields with at least 2 years working experience as UI/UX Designer, Frontend Developer or similar role;
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development, ensuring optimal user experiences across devices;
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces;
• Solid knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards, ensuring inclusivity and usability;
• Experience with React, Next.js React Native, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui, showcasing your proficiency in frontend technologies;
• Experience creating wireframes and mockups using design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD;
• Knowledge and interest in exploring and utilizing AI tools in frontend design and development, driving innovation and efficiency;
• Strong self-motivation and creativity, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and debugging skills;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities effectively;
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Chinese, facilitating collaboration in a diverse team;
• A good team player with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment;

Nice To Have

• Relevant experience in education institutions and/or non-profit making organisations is highly preferred;
