We are looking for a passionate Junior Developer / Fresh Graduate to join our R&D team. You don't need to be a master yet, but you need to have the fire (and the fundamentals) to become one.

What You'll Be Doing:

This isn't a boring maintenance role where you just update text all day. Under the direct mentorship of our Senior R&D leads, you will:

Learn to build complex, lightning-fast Next.js / Tailwind CSS responsive websites.

Develop custom WordPress sites the right way (we code from scratch; we don't use page builders like Elementor/Divi).

Work directly with our PM and Creative teams to bring amazing designs to life.

Gradually take on more complex features as your skills level up.

Who We're Looking For (Our "Must-Haves"):

We are looking for potential, passion, and strong fundamentals.

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates in Computer Science, IT, Creative Media, or passionate self-taught developers are highly welcome!
• Solid Fundamentals: You have a rock-solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). You understand how the web actually works.
• Basic Backend Knowledge: You have a basic understanding of PHP and relational databases (MySQL).
• AI-Assisted, Not AI-Dependent: We provide AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to supercharge your workflow. However, we expect you to understand the code you commit. You should be able to read documentation, debug issues, and fix AI hallucinations using your core engineering skills.
• Strong Sense of OWNERSHIP: You don't wait to be spoon-fed. You proactively communicate progress, ask questions when you're stuck, and care about your work.
• Obsessive Attention to Detail: You test your own code on different browsers/devices before you call it 'done'.
• Highly 'Coach-able': You are genuinely curious, listen to feedback, and learn from it fast.

Any of these will make your resume stand out!

• You already have some hands-on experience with React or Next.js.
• You know how WordPress works under the hood (Custom Theme Development, ACF, Custom Post Types).
• You're comfortable with Tailwind CSS.
• You know your way around Git (GitHub/GitLab).
• You've touched modern Headless CMS platforms like PayloadCMS or Strapi.
