As we move into 2026, our project pipeline is busier than ever, and we need a dynamic "Translator" to bridge the gap between academic vision and technical execution.

The Role: BD + PM + Tech Architecture

Reporting directly to our Project Lead, you will be a key player in our Hong Kong growth. This is a hybrid role for someone who loves "the hustle" of business development but has the technical discipline to manage complex web projects from kickoff to launch.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Business Development: Connect with HK’s higher education institutions to uncover exciting projects. Brainstorm innovative solutions and present them to university stakeholders

Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of website development projects. Coordinate with our internal UI/UX designers and developers to bring ideas to life.

Solution Scoping: Translate client needs into Technical Specifications for both Headless (Strapi, PayloadCMS) and Traditional WCMS (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).

Quality Assurance: Ensure all builds are pixel-perfect, comply with Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG), and are ready for AWS deployment.

AI-First Workflow: Utilize AI tools to 10x your productivity—from drafting proposals to analyzing complex project requirements.

What You’ll Need:

Experience: 2-4 years in Business Development or Project Management. Experience in a small digital agency or tech startup is highly preferred.

The "University" Factor: A degree from a HK university (or equivalent experience in HK higher ed). Understanding university stakeholder dynamics is a huge plus.

Technical Proficiency (WordPress Ecosystem): To effectively translate client requirements into developer-ready briefs, you must understand the following WordPress-specific terms and technologies:

• Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
• Custom Post Types (CPTs) & Taxonomies
• Gutenberg (Block Editor)
• Plugin Development & Hooks
• WordPress REST API

Technical Foundation: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, understanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG), and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS).

Communication: Stellar skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must for university client servicing).
